Lumahop Privacy Policy
Lumahop is developed by Ronald Wayne Ferree II. This policy explains how the game and these support pages handle information.
Information stored on your device
Lumahop stores game preferences, personal bests, run statistics, Time Trial records, and ghost recordings locally. It also stores pending Game Center submissions with the Game Center player identifier so records can be sent for the correct player. These local records are not uploaded to a developer-operated server. Device backups may include local app data according to your Apple settings.
Apple Game Center
If you use Game Center, Lumahop sends scores, completed-run times, and achievement progress to Apple through GameKit. Apple associates those records with your Game Center account. Your Game Center display name and leaderboard results may be visible to other players according to Apple’s settings. You can manage Game Center in iOS Settings. Normal play does not require Game Center.
Purchases
Apple processes Sol’s Support Pack purchases and restores. Lumahop checks Apple’s verified transaction and entitlement information to determine whether the pack is owned, including whether a purchase has been revoked. The developer does not receive your payment-card details. Purchase records are handled by Apple under its privacy practices.
Wallpaper and Photos
Moss Scenic Wallpaper is bundled with the app. If you choose to save or share it, iOS handles the selected destination. Saving to Photos may request permission to add an image. Lumahop does not read your photos, contacts, location, microphone, or camera. Sharing an image with another service is subject to that service’s privacy practices.
Advertising, tracking, and diagnostics
Lumahop does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites. Apple may provide crash, performance, or TestFlight diagnostic information according to your device settings and participation in testing. Such information is used to investigate problems and improve reliability.
Support requests
If you contact support, the developer receives your email address and whatever information you include, such as a description or screenshot. This information is used to respond and troubleshoot. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request or meet applicable obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for support.
These web pages
These static pages are hosted by Cloudflare Pages. They contain no advertising, analytics scripts, forms, or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may process standard request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the pages. Your email provider processes messages you send to support.
Your choices
You can play without Game Center, manage Apple permissions in Settings, and remove local app data by deleting the app. Backups, Game Center records, and Apple purchase records are managed separately by Apple. You can contact support to request access to or deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable requirements. The developer does not control Apple’s account records.
Children
Lumahop does not ask players to provide a name, age, or contact details to play. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through support. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact support so it can be addressed.
