For a technical issue, include your device model, iOS version, Lumahop version, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help. Please don’t send passwords or payment-card details.
How do I jump?
Tap for a short hop. Hold, then release for a higher, longer jump. Aim for the next lily and watch for moving or unstable pads.
What is free?
Normal mode includes the full 116-hop river and Moss, Moon, and Ember. Sol’s Support Pack is an optional, one-time purchase that includes Sol the gold frog, Time Trial mode, and Moss Scenic Wallpaper. Clearing Normal mode does not unlock the pack.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the home menu and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that purchased Sol’s Support Pack. If the pack still appears locked, check your internet connection and contact support. Apple handles purchase billing; refund requests can be made at Apple’s Report a Problem page.
How does Time Trial work?
The timer starts on your first input and stops when you land on the last lily. A death means starting again. Every three consecutive Perfect landings earn a time bonus. You can turn your previous attempt’s ghost on or off in the home menu.
Where is my wallpaper?
After buying or restoring the pack, open the home menu and choose Save Moss Scenic Wallpaper. The iOS share sheet lets you save or share the image. Saving to Photos may ask for permission to add an image; Lumahop does not read your photo library.
Do I need an account?
No Lumahop account is required. Apple Game Center is optional for leaderboards and achievements. If those features aren’t working, check your Game Center sign-in in iOS Settings and your internet connection.
Where is my progress stored?
Personal bests, preferences, and ghost recordings are stored on your device. Apple separately manages Game Center records and purchase ownership. Reinstalling the app may remove local progress; Restore Purchases restores the pack, not local runs.
